Sheet selection
CRCA and GI coil, 0.6–1.2 mm, gauged and squared before a single cut.
02
Cut & form
Shearing, notching and press-brake forming to a fixed jig for repeatable panels.

MIG & spot weld
Structural seams welded, dressed flat and checked for square on the bench.
04
Seven-tank bath
Degrease, rinse, derust, phosphate — the step that decides how long paint lives.
05
Powder coat & bake
Electrostatic powder, oven-cured to a hard, even, colour-true surface.
06
Assembly & QC
Brand-name locks, hinges and shelves fitted; every unit cycle-tested before dispatch.
Manufacturing
Six stages. One roof.
Raw CRCA sheet enters the shearing bay. A finished, powder-coated unit leaves the packing line. Nothing in between is outsourced.
